She twisted and squirmed in the cushioned metal chair, trying her best to concentrate on the words coming from the patient but she couldn’t stay focused and obviously neither could he. Ever since they gathered in to this room, she’s felt his eyes glaring at her, so she stared back at him with a menacing glare, trying to get him to focus his attention elsewhere, but he wouldn’t. He crossed his arms and smiled at her. She was furious; just who did he think he was.
“Marlena, have you ever bee in a situation such as that?” She tore her gaze away from him and focused on their meeting.
“Pardon?” She hadn’t heard a word that was said since their mandated meeting started. Her nights and days were trying to overcome the craving she’d entered this facility to attempt to cease.
“Miriam just described to us how she fought the urge to give in just last night. Being that i’ve allowed you all at least the chance to venture out onto the night scene again, I was wondering if you’ve encountered any situations such as hers. Have you had to fight it yet?”
“No I haven’t.” She didn’t loose her will to fight on the night scene yet but she was slowly loosing it with her teammate on the opposite side of the room ogling her. Since the day they had lunch together things had changed. They were no longer looking for help to gain control of their lives, but two people fighting to not give into the addiction that consumed their being.
“well, I’m very proud to hear that. Any method or technique you use when you feel the urge coming on?” She felt his eyes on her so looked at him. She rolled her eyes at him before focusing on the counselor, who was now peering at her tentatively one the rim of his glasses.
“Um, not that i can say. I just make sure not to stay out to long and only have two drinks.” She played with her hands suddenly becoming hot.
“Interesting. I was expecting more of a complicated approach from you. But very good. Anyone else?” She let out a sigh and looked out of the corner of her eye. He was still watching her. She couldn’t wait until the moment the meet ing was over so that she could clear her mind.
“Meet me for lunch?” His deep voice startled her as she opened her eyes to find everyone leaving the room. She wanted to calm the raging thoughts she had of hime that she didn’t realize the meeting was over.
“I have things to do.” She slowly rose from her chair, picking up her purse and notebook.
“Come on, I won’t bite.” She couldn’t resist those puppy dog, blue eyes if it killed her.
“Alright, but just for lunch.” He raised his hands in defense.
“As if I was going to ask for anything else.” He winked at her as he led them to the dining hall.
“Has anyone ever told you it’s rude to stare?” She sat across from him at one of the small booths in the dining hall. It was just them and a few other patients there.
She took her salad and bottled water from the tray, setting them aside.
“Yes, but it’s only excused when the view is breathtaking.” He sipped his milkshake, smiling widely at her.
“Ha…..ha. Your staring is not helping either one of us.” She poured the dressing over her salad. “What do you mean?” He asked innocently
“You know what I mean! With us.” she gestured with her hands, “all it asked in one look and we’re done.”
“But isn’t that why we’re here, to learn to accept those looks and not succumb?” She took a small bite of her salad.
“Yes, but it doesn’t always happen that way.”
“I agree. Well what shall we do to solve the problem?”
“You quit staring at me!”
“You stare back!” He countered her.
“It’s not the same. You have that look.” He leaned over the table. She took a deep breath, getting a wif of his cologne.
“What look night that be?” He whispered quietly. Her eyes traveled from the confident spark in his eyes to the curve of his mouth. She wished he would lean in a little closer and….
“Stop it.”
“Stop what?” He picked up her trembling hand and placed it in his large one.
“Stop seducing me! This is not helping us!” She yanked her hand from his, hastily placing her food back on the tray.
“I wasn’t seducing you. I was merely trying to figure out why we’re her trying to get help.”
“You’re a psychiatrist; can’t you work through this a little more quickly than the rest of us?”
“No. I’ve tried. It only loads my judgement. So setting my pride aside, I checked myself in here hoping to get rid of this disease.
“It’s not a disease.” He said softly, picking up his empty cup and sandwich container. “You finished?” He asked her seeing her garbage on her trey. She nodded her head.
“Then what do you call it? In my professional opinion any addiction can very well be classified as a disease. It takes over the entire body, your thoughts and actions. Similar to that of a disease.” He walked over to the trash bin, she followed him.
A disease does not control your thoughts.”
“I didn’t say control, I said consume.” She corrected him as she watched him empty the tray, suddenly feeling hungry, trying to recall wy she lost her appetite.
“Well doctor, control or consume, similar meanings. But in my personal opinion, I’d say you’r e being biased here and avoiding the reality of the situation.” He held open the door for her as they began making their way down the corridors.
“I’m not being biased. I checked myself in here didn’t I?”
“Yes, it was the first step.” He stuck his hands in his pocket peering down at her. He loved to just watch her, to watch her nervous and unsure; vulnerable and feisty all at the same time. I turned him on more than he could acknowledge.
“Yes it was but it’s not going to solve the problem which goes back to you and your staring. It makes me uncomfortable and don’t do it anymore.” She noticed they were just three doors away from her room. Ironically his was conveniently across the hall from hers.
“I cant help that you’re nice to look at.” He winked his eye a her stopping just outside their doors.
“John, please. I really want to change and I feel every time you look at me that’s next to impossible.”
“Oh yeah, how so?” He backed her slowly against her door, placing a hand beside her head. “Don’t to that.” She tried to focus on anything but his tender blue eyes.
“Tell me doctor, why do you feel that you can’t overcome this every time I feast my eyes on your gorgeous form?”His eyes roaming her body before coming to rest slowly on hers. She gulped, staring back at him nervously.“I don’t know, I just do.”
“I feel the same way when you was into a room. I just…want…to be with…you.” He placed his hand on the side of her face and leaned in. Just before his lips touched heres she turned her head sharply.
“I have to go. It was ice having lunch with you. See you at the meeting tomorrow.” She dude in her purse for her keys to place in the lock.“Marlena, look. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have come on to you like that.” He ran his hands through his hair frustrated. She turned to her door quickly opening it.
“Goodbye John, see you tomorrow.” She slowly closed the door, leaving him standing dejected on the other side. He was going to knock on her door again, but decided against it. He turned to his room, deciding not even to go out tonight. Instead he planned on trying to fight the biggest addiction he had to conquer yet.
It was 12 past midnight when Marlena finally emerged from her room. She had taken a long, hot batch before calling Garrett and settling in for the night. She spent the rest of the night reading over some psychology books and listening intently to see what John was doing tonight. Thursdays were the nights everyone looked forward too. It was their night to actually interact with civilized people and to know there was a world outside these gated walls.
She sighed heavily when she heard his door close, or so she thought. Each night he went out, she just imagined the woman and have a story to tell the group the next day of how he gave in. She always told herself, that when it happened, she was out of this facility. She didn’t know why she cared so much, why she instantly took a liking to this man. She knew that they couldn’t possibly be together. It wasn’t wise by any means. But yet, there have been many successful stories of bonding relationships with each other and overcome the addiction together.
She pushed those possibilities out of her head as she peeled back the comforter from her body. She donned a pair of jeans, white tank and matching black jacket. She slipped on her black flip flops and gathered her keys before walking down the hall. She glanced briefly at passerby’s, wondering why many were returning so early. Usually they didn’t return until the wee hours of the morning or didn’t return at all.
She slowly used the tall glass door open, finally reaching her destination. ‘The Secret Garden’, they called it. It was an enriched garden filled with exotic, sacred and rare plants form around the world located in the atrium of the facility, which took up space on the lower level, but left numerous amounts of room for the guests to have their private time anywhere within this area.
She walked around looking for a spot. She was headed to her favorite spot just behind the waterfall when she saw John sitting there. She let out a frustrated sigh, deciding to sit on the cedar, leather bench across from it. She enjoyed this time; listening to water, birds sing and the scent of the flowers all soothing her. She took off her jacket and leaned back on the beach enjoying the tranquility of the moment.
“You stayed in tonight.” His deep voice startled her. She sprang up from her position, searching the dense garden.
“You did as well.” She said hesitantly. he finally emerged to her view, the waterfall and palm tree hiding him.
“Yes, our previous discussion souring my mood. May I?” He gestured to the open space beside her. She moved her jacket so he could join her.
“That makes two of us.” She glanced at his clothed form of a simple t-shit and swear pants before staring at the smooth lines of his muscular arms.
“I’m sorry for coming onto you earlier. I was out…” “It’s ok. It happens.” She said quietly.“No, I shouldn’t have done that. I made you uncomfortable, now i’ve made myself uncomfortatble.” He chuckled lightening while she looked at hi curiously.
What’s so funny?”
“You got what you asked for. I can’t even “stare” at you anymore. I feel like such a fool.” She smiled softly turning to face him.
“John don’t be so hard on yourself; it’s natural to feel those things. But it one along with the package. We’re trying to heal but we’re going to have those urges every now and then. It’s normal. It shall pass.”
“No Marlena, it’s not normal. The way I want to be with you isn’t like how I want to be with someone when I’m experiencing the urge. She nervously looked at him, wondering if she could handle what she was about to ask him. Her curiosity go the best of her.
“In what way do you want to be with me?” She asked timidly. He glanced at her before looking back toward the waterfall.
“I want to be with you like anyone i’ve ever been with before. I want to consume your body with every fiber of my being, make love to you so passionately and wildly that you’ll never desire another to fulfill your urges. Marlena, I want to be you addiction.” She sat listening to him inently, wondering if she heard right.
“John that’s an unhealthy thing to say.”
“Well it’s true. I don’t know why but i have this incredible urge to..how can I put this?” He scratched the light stable that covered his face.
“I understand.” She admitted quietly. He looked at her surprised. “You do?” She smiled softly
“Yes, i’ve been battling within myself, saying that this need I feel to be with you is only a form of withdrawal. I’m having trouble with this but it’s part of the healing process you know, the cleansing. But everyday I think about it. It’s more than that. At nights I dream about you, about the caressing mines of us being joined as one. During the days I forget about those hidden thoughts as I try to tell my else they are just fantasies. But the more I think about it, the more I want it to be my reality.” She felt her face turn red as she slowly looked at him. She was embarrassed and shocked by her own confession. he place a timid hand on her cotton thigh.
“I know but how can we do that in this situation?” “I dont’ think we can.” He had an idea.
“Say for instance we do,you know, give into our desires? It wouldn’t be like any other time we gave in. We both demand sexual gratification, we want an emotional connection, something beyond the highest heights of passionate lovemaking. “ She couldn’t deny what he was saying.
“yes we do but it still isn’t safe John. We need to take to a therapist about our feelings.” She placed her had atop his.
“But I am talking to a therapist.” She smiled softly’’
“No, it doesn’t work that way. we need to make an appointment to talk with Mike Bridges about this before we make a mistake.”
“I don’t believe I’d be making a mistake. Marlena I believe you’re the cure to my addiction.” She stared back at him/
“I think you’ve been dreaming too much.” She joked placing her coat back on.
“I’m serious. I’m not like those other addicts. I know I don’t talk much or participate as much as the other addicts..”
“You just stare at me, I’ve noticed.” He smiled before continuing“True, but as I was saying I don’t participate much, only what’s required but it’s because I seen a lot of time trying to understand the unexplainable attraction I have for you.”
“I fell the same. But again i don’t think it’s wise for us to be having this conversation without the proper moderator.”
“Come back with me to my room”
“Are you crazy?” She asked in a hushed tone. She couldn’t believe he was asking her to do this. “We don’t have to do anything; I just want you to lay with me. I want to try an experiment.”
“John no, definitely no. I only want to be here for the 2 months I’m paying these people for. No set backs. Next week we’re out of here. We can last that long.” She said defiantly rising from the bench.
“Please, I promise you can leave as soon a you feel uncomfortable.” She debated heavily in her mind and the pros and cons of this. Everything about it had red flag written all over it, but her curiosity wouldn’t let her win that easily. She wanted to know if it would be like what she dreamed or would it be just a dream.
“Ok, but only for a minute.” He smiled widely grabbing her hand in his.
“Let’s go, I don’t have much time then.” He quickly led them back to his room. He check to make sure no one was looking, before they went inside, locking the door.
“Make yourself comfortable.” She nervouldy looked around his room. I t was identical to hers except for the dark floor and opposite layout. She looked down at the pictures of she was assuming hiss family that was laid out on the table.
“Ok you ready?” He dimmed the light waling over to his bed climbing in. She still stood nervously at the foot of the bed, but her mind had her glued to that one spot. She couldn’t move.
“uh…”
Come on, I won’t bite. Just take off your jacket and clime in.” He held the comforter up for her. She slowly peeled her jacket off and stepped out of her flip flops before climbing in the bed. She turned on her side and laid her head down on the pillow, feeling his arms wrap around her waist.
“You ok?” He leaned down and whispered in her ear. She could only nod her head, his erection poking into her behind made her loos all train of thought.
“You just tell me when to stop and I will.” He whispered before sliding a hand up underneath her tank top. He leaned down and placed the lightest of feather kisses, just taking amount to enjoy the feel of her soft skin. This was exactly what he imagined she was like, so soft and warm. Marlena let out a soft moan, placing a nervous hand atop his that rhythmically splayed back across the places of her stomach. It had been so long since she’d been touched. She felt her body coming alive with every stroke and touch he made on her body.
“You’re so beautiful.” He breathed, moving to place his body on top of hers. He blanked his weight on his forearms and stared down at her. He laughed at the irony of their situation, meeting the woman of his dreams in a rehab clinic. But now that he found her and he was determine to never let her go.
He slowly lowered his face towards hers, placing small kissed on the corners of there ought. She nervously unforced her hand that were clasped on her chest, moving them to nibble run up and down muscled back. Her eyes were shut tightly as she fought in her head that screamed no while her body fought back with yes.
He stiffened his tongue, tracing the contours of her soft lips before giving them a small peck. She moaned her approval and kissed him deep and slow. His mouth was just as she imagined, rough yet so tender. She felt her toes curl as she windeyned her mouth giving him all access. If just kissing this man could make her feel as if she was on cloud nine, she couldn’t imagine what making love to him would do to her.
Her breathing was ragged a shis lips left her and traveled down to her chest. He kissed the vicinity of her thanks stomach while pushing her tank up. At the touch of his hot fingers on her skin, something inside her clicked. She couldn’t lay her and go all the way. It would defeat all purposes she had of checking herself into this clinic. Her eyes popped open as she felt him about to unclasp her bra.
:John no… I have to go. We can’t do this.” She quickly pulled her top dow, sliding from underneath him. He backed off with surprise written all over his face.
“What’s wrong?”
“Your experiment, as you put it, is going too far. We cant’ do this. It goes against the very reason why we’re here. WE are disobeying the cardinal rule.” She crawled from the bed, slipping on her jacket and flip flops.
“I guess your right.” She turned to see him run his hands through his hair frustratedly as she looked on exasperated.
“You guess? Do you honestly think we could’ve laid here and made love and continue to go about staying her and act as if nothing happened?” She crawled from the bed as she looked around for her keys.
“Marlena…I…I don’t know. i just know that-“
“No you don’t know and this was a mistake. I shouldn’t have let you take me into this.”
“ME talk you int this? You agreed willingly; don’t try to turn the tables on me.”
“Oh I don’t know why i bother talking to you!” She finally found her keys next to the lounge chair on the floor. She started making her way to the door.
“You can’t fight it forever.” He said quietly, watching her unlock the door.
“There is nothing to fight and this will never happen again.” She ave him one las look before waling the short distance to her room.
“Never say Never.” He said to himself as he watched her give him a glare before closing her door. He stared at the her door before closing his own and returning to bed. He pulled off his t- shirt before settling among the pillows, laying his head on his hands. He stared up a the ceiling, recounting the events that happened just minutes ago. He could still feel her soft skin and the sweet taste of her smooth skin filling his moist mouth. And this breasts; if only she had’t stopped him he would have kissed the most beautiful assist on her body that he’d spent nights dreaming about. ‘Soon’ he thought to himself, turning to set the alarm before settling under the covers. Soon he would have her; soon they would be together.
Rehab – Chapter 2
The day had finally come, it was time for everyone to leave. After nearly two months of intense therapy, many were ready to depart; confident in the fact that they were cured and able to face the new challenges that awaited them once they exited these four walls. Others were frightened and doubtful that they would result back to old ways and once again end up where they started.
She was one of those few. Marlena sat nervously on the lounge chair in the lobby of the facility as she peered out the window every 5 minutes for Garrett. Just thinking of him made her uneasy. Garrett was her fiance of 8 months now, everything she desired in a mand and more. He was the successful owner of a multi-millon dollar authentic Italian restaurant chain and executive director of all international transactions for his father’s real estate complany in Italy. He was successful, funny and not to mention handsome, the three main qualities she looked ofr in a man. She smiled softly to herself as she recalled the first time she saw him; she was in awe. It was like watching a scene from a movie play in slow motion. They met an an entrepreneur’s forma business function that was being held in Colorado two years ago. She’d been itching to a jump start on her own business, a boutique for children’s clothing. Attending this function would give her perfect insight on how to go about starting her business and ultimately achieving success.
After mingling among the crowd, getting her name known, she excused herself to the ladies room. It was when she was making her way out that she accidentally bumped into him, not realizing that she would be engaged to him this day.
“Oh my gosh i’m so sorry. I shoud’ve been looking where I was going.” Her eyes slowly traveled up to tthe stranger that she’d mistakenly knocked off balance. She became entranced by his mint green eyes, slighlty tan skin and dark hair. The man was avsolutely gorgeous. “No it’s quite alright. Actually it’s a pleasure Miss?” He extended his hand out to her, instantly becoming entranced by this woman. Her big, brown doe eyes made him want to go weak in the knees. “Marlena, Marlena Evans.” She firmly shook his hand, her mind instantly comtemplationg of her her night would end with this man. “Garrett Vendetti. It is such a pleasure to meet you my dear.” She wathced him a she slowly bought her tremblling hand to his soft, slightly pink lips. The moment his lips made contact with her skin, she knew it wouldn’t be long before they would be in a suite at the Ritz-Carlton just 10 minutes away giving into their physical attaraction for one another.
“Marlena…Iwasn’t expecting to see you here.” She shook her head a bit as his voice bought her back to the present.
“John.” Words were lost on her tongue as he stood before her in a black leather jacket, white dress shirt and dark pants. She wanted to eat him up right then and there. This was her first time seeing him since that night in her room. It’s felt like noths since she’d last seen him. There was a farewell dinner held last night for all the patients in the addicts program but she didn’t attend, seeing him was too much of a risk.
“I missed you at the dinner last night. Where were ou?” She gulped nervously as he sat down beside her on the other side of the chair.
“I…uh…I wasn’t feeling so well. Had a slight headache so I decided to stay in and rest..pack my suitcase and gather my things together for today.” She peeked outside again, hoping to see Garrett’s black Mercedes any minute now.
“Are you alright now? You look al ittle flushed?” Truth is, he wanted to say she looked down right sexy. her attire of a snug, simple mid-length navy blue sundress taht showed off her ample cleavage was enough to make the slight bulkge in his pants he got every tijme he saw her, gorw even bigger.
“Oh yes…I’m fine. Just a little warm in here.” She looked out the window again, prayig that her fiancé would arrive any second now. She didn’t trust herself to sit here alone with him any longer.
“Your ride taking awhile to get here?” He asked noticing her constant glance out the window.
“Yes, they seem to be runnign a bit late. You?”
“My sister is on her way, just spoke with her.”
“Oh/“ She didn’t know why but it bothered her that she didn’t know the little things about him. Like what was his favorite color, his favorite food, what he did for a living, or how many siblings he had. All she knew was that he was a recovering addict like herand that was that.
Amoment of silence passed between them before he spoke. “Listen Marlena I just want to say i’m sorry about the other night if it means anything. I just-”
“No..no it’s fine. That night was that night; let’s put it in thte past and look towards the future.” She briefly glanced at him, giving an appreciative smile before resuming staring at the painting on the wall. She could feel his eyes on her body as her cheeks flushed, it was taking everything she had not to turn match his gaze, to bite her tongue and not suggest that they go in the nearby restroom and pick up where they left off the other night. her body was showing what she was apparently thinking she was sure. She felt her stomach twist with desire as her breasts strained desperately against the garment holding them in place. Seh needed to get away from him.
John sat silently studying her.He could tell she was uncomfortable; something was definitely occupying her attention at this moment. He wanted to know, he wanted to take the risk and see if it was him. He’d been thinkging about her day and night since their moment in his room. He just had to know, he needed to break their silence. :so ahh…what-”
“Excuse me.” She quickly gathered her purse, dashing off to the ladies room. She didn’t mean to be rude but she couldn’t take it anymore. John sat stunned not knowing what to make of her frantic behavior.
Small splashes of the cold water against her face did nothing to cool the heat that was beginning to settle between her thighs and spread throughout her body. She stared back at herself in the mirror, hping to see a small trace of the woman she once was before she obtained this addiction. How that occurred still perplexed her to this day. She grew up in a Christian home, strict rules and a strong foundation governing her into a saint as she matured. But the sexual desires she had for men banished all of her home training.
She suddered, remembering the early days of her addiction, she never wanted to be that person again. Her morals and ambitions all palled in comparison to a one night stand with a stranger in a hotel. She couldn’t describe the feeling each time it happened. It was as if she was having an abnormal adrenaline rush; her head beame dizzy, her judgement cloudy and body on overload. It was the best feeling in the world for her yet the most destructive.
“No, I’m changed. i have healed. I will not resort to those ways again.” She tried to convince herslef as she dabbed her face with a towel and reapplied her make up. But in the back of her mind, she knew that was far from true.
“Marlena…you in here?” She almost dropped her lipstick in teh dark, marble sink when she heard his voice. She held her breath, not trusting her voice. “Marlena I know you’re in here.” Still he heard nothing. “Come on, I just want to make sure you’re alright..say something please.” Again, silence was his only answer. He looked around making sure that noone was near before walking into the mid-size bathroom, locking the door behind him. He found her at the sink, her eyes wide and frightenedas they rested upon him. He cautiously walked toward her.
“What’s the matter? Why are you so shaken up?” She said nothing as she placed her lipstick back in her purse and distracted herself. She couldn’t speak to him…It wasn’t safe.
He had a hunch at hre strange demeanor but didn’t want to come out and say it, especially with the was she was acting now.
“Marlena please say something…you’re scarring me. Do I need to get a nurse?” He placed his thumb under her chin, slowly lifting her face to his. His heart broke when he saw the tears that teetered on the rim of her eyes. The turmoil and anguish that coated her lovely face almost made him break.
“What is it? You can tell me…talk to me.” He said softly, wiping a stray tear that fell down her face. she held her head down as she spoke, ashamed of her own self.
“John…I’m lost” She struggled to find the words. “I Came here to better myself…to be cured of this addiction but I can’t. Every time I’m around you that seems next to impossible. Since that night, I told myself that if I avoided you that I would be ok; that I could make it out of here cured. Bit it seems the more I’ve avoided you the less I feel an unexpected changed within myself. At nights..I dream of you coming to me…of you finishing what we…” His lips crushed upon hers as he slowly backed her up against the sink. He knew he should’ve let her finish but seeing her vulnerability and to hear how she was fighting inside just as he was, made him forget everything. He had to have her now, his body couldn’t take the denial anymore.
“I need you so much.” He whispered hotly into her neck as he sucked and kissed greedily at the soft skin that lay there. She threaded her fingers through his hair, pulling him closer into her. She closed her eyes tightly, not trusting herself enough to open them and stare into their reflection in the mirror that was against the wall on the other side of the bathroom.
“What are we doing?” She whimpered as he quickly spread her legs. She haterd her mentality when she was in ‘adddict mode’. She had no conscious; everything was rational and acted upon impulse. She was digusted yet she needed it more than her life itself.
He slipped his hand underneath her dress, sliding her white thong down her legs. How he desperatley wanted to take his time and explore every crevice and curve of ther body but there wasn’t enough time for that. His eager hands made their way to her center. He flicked his thumb across her bundle of nerves, moaning deeply at the instant wetness that greeted his nimble fingers. “We’re doing what we should’ve done the moment I laid eyes on you.” He breathed, answering her previous question as she furrowed her brows at him. It seemed her hands obtained a mind of their own as the quickly unbuckled his belt buckle and unzipped his pants. She helped him push his pants along with his boxers down his legs.
“Oh my” She gasped, noticing his long, tall and hard erect member spring free.
“You like what you see?” He asked hotley before he crushed his lips back upon hers. She moaned deeply into his mouth as her hand moved roughly over his rigid muscle. His hands made their way to her breasts, caressing and squeezing them through the thin materail of her dress. “How do I get this off?” He asked backing away from her, trying find some way to see the assests he’d spent nights dreaming about.
“My zipper…in the back.” She breathlessly replied as he quickly found her zipper in record time and lowered her dress to gather around her stomach. She slowed her rhythm on his member as he stared at her chest a minute before reaching around and uclasping her strapless bra. He slowly peeled away the garment before staring at her naked flesh fully. She took his breath away.
“You’re abosoultely beautiful.” He said kissing her briefly on the lips before gathering one of her breasts in his hands. He stiffened his tongue as he rolled his tongue around her nipple, flicking it back and forth across it.
She was squirming with ecstasy… she didn’t know how much more she could take of this.
“John!” She panted out as he devoured her breast whole. He sucked greedily as she pulled him closer into her chest. She leaned back against the bathroom mirror, throwing her head back against it. Oh the sensation that ran through her body at this moment were more than she could put into words. She didn’t know if it was a combination of denying herselef the pleasure she was accustomed to everyday or the denial of the man that was suddenly her new addiction; whichever it was, her body was in utopia. She was experienceing a high she’d never though was possible.
She bit down on her lip hard when she felt him rub the tip of his manhood up and down her velvety folds. It was taking everything within her not to cry out. She slowly opened her glazed eyes and stare back up into his hooded ones.
“Are you sure?” He asked her as he began to circle her bundle of nerves with his tip.
“John!” She screamed through gritted teeth. “Please…now..please.” She begged him.
“Are you positive?” He asked again, poising his member at her entrance.
“Yes!Yes!Yes!” He needed no more encouragement as he slowly began to slide himself into her. She once again threw her head back as she allowed herself to give in.
“ms. Evans?” A knock at the door caused her to snap her head up. She and John both looked at each with frightened eyes as they listened intently on the other side. “Ms. Evans are you in there?” It was the receptionist Cynthia from the lobby. Marlena looked down at herself and then to John, momentarily wondering why they were in a stat of undress.
“Yes..I’m her-“ John placed a finger against her lips as he shook his head no. She looked at him curiously before turning her attention back towards the door.
“Your ride is here. He’s waiting in the lobby.” Her eyes shifted nervously between John and the door.
“Alright. Tell him i’ll be right there.”
“Ok” She peered down at their partially joined bodies that lay covered beneath the hem of her dress. Never had she felt so awkward in her life. Here she was, back at aquare one with the same man whom she’d been telling herself that she could not contact. She hated when the outside world intruded while she was in the mist of an urge. It was as if her should returned to her body; her consciousness and identity once again in tact.
“He?” John asked, making no move to justify their situation. She quickly sat up, putting back on her bra.
“Yes, my fiance. Why are you standing there We need to get dressed. I have to go.” He said nothing as he reluctantly pulled from her, placing himself back in his pants. She quickly found her underwear, sliding them back on before hoping down from the sink.
John stood silent as he watched her get dressed. He was just as confused and conflicted as she was. He could tell just by watching her frantic actions. He smiled to himself as he thought about how much he’s learned about her just by watching from afar without ever truly speaking with her. Her actions spoke louder thatn words giving him the ability to learn so much about her yet when he knew so little.
“Here let me help you with that.” He noticed her struggle to zip her dress back up. She pushed her hair to side, trying to ignore the thoughts that threatened to break her once again. Their eyes matched in the mirror as he approached her from behind. His thick fingers found the zipper, proceeding to zip up her dress as he plnned but didn’t. he held the zipper in one hand while the other ran lightly up the length of her spine. Her eyes closed as her head fell back against his shoulder. She harted being this weak. Neither could deny that they didn’t want to stop, they needed to continue what was a so untimely interrupted just minutes before.
“We can’t keep doing this” He whispered in her ear as his lips found her neck. She reached her hand back, wrapping it around his neck.
“No we can’t. Stop it.” She whispered as she felt his hand sneak inside her dress from behind and make it’s way to her heated center.
“In a minute…there’s something I need to do first.” He slid her thong aside as began to once again rub his finger up and down her folds. He pulled her hard against the bulge in his pants before he slipped his other hand inside and cupped her breast.
“John…I..have..to..go.” She breathed as he increased his movements between her legs. Her hips found a mind of their own as they grinded roughly agianst him. She stifled a moan as his finger began to rotate her clit and tweak her nipples frantically. His lips desperately found hers as he plunged his tongue into her mouth; kissing her with everything he had. If this was going to be the last time he saw her, he wanted something to remember her by.
“Let it go baby…let it go.” He whispered as her body rocked against his hand. John tried to quiet his grunts the best he could as he continued to gently rub his finger up and down her folds until her body stilled.
“Now you can leave” He said before placing a tender kiss on the top of her head. She rested her her head in the crook of his neck, trying to get her breathing back to normal.
“Marlena?! Sweetheart..are you in there?” Her head popped up from John’s neck as she heard Garrett banging on the door. “Why is this door locked? Marlena!” He yelled
“Honey I’m coming…give me one second.” She called out. John quickly removed his hands form her bodyas she dashed into a stall and fixed herself. He straightened his clothes as he proceeded to wash his hands in the sink.
“Marlena what’s going on in there?” He heard her fiancé call from the other side. He was still in shock that she was engaged. she wore no ring nor did she give any implication that she was committed to someone. He wondered what that was all about.
“Here, let me give you my phone number before you leave.”
“No I don’t need your number, we’ll only have a repeat of what just happened.” She quickly straightened her hair, looking herself over in the mirror one last time.
“I don’t want to give you my number for sex Marlena. I’m not that pig headed of a man anymore.”
“Don’t you find that ironic since we’re both in a reahab clinic for being addicted to sex? Hence what just happened moments ago.”
“Ok, so what we gave in? Look O jsut want to give you my number so that maybe we can talk as friends, be some sort of support to one another. After all, we are recovering addicts so we’re going to need some type of support system. Please just take it. I would feel better if you had it.” She reluctantly took it, not having the time to argue with him.
“Take care John.” She said before walking toward the door. “Wait how are we going to get out-”
“Don’t worry…I’ll wait awhhile after you leave.” She nodded her head before going to unlock the door. just as she was about to open it, he pulled her back to him. She was about to protest when his lips unexpectedly descended upon hers, making her forget anything she was about to say. “I’ll never forget you.” He whispered as the parted. She pulled back from him breathless. She was speechless as she slowly walked toward the door, not knowing what to do at this moment.
“I’ll never forget you either.” She said softly, walking back to peck his lips one last time before walking out the door. John stood there for moments after she left, trying to digest all that just happened inwardly hoping it wasn’t the last time. He bought his hands to his nose, still smelling the trace of her essence on his fingertips. he smiled widely as he waitied a few more minutes before he exited the ladies bathroom, confident in the fact that he was sure that wasn’t going to be their last encounter. For sure, it was only the beginning.
